Instructions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by at least an inch.
- Add salt to the water.
- Heat the saucepan over medium-high heat until the water reaches a rolling boil.
- Remove the pan from heat, cover, and let the eggs sit for 15-17 minutes.
- Prepare an ice water bath in a large bowl.
- Transfer the eggs to the ice water bath using a slotted spoon.
- Let the eggs cool in the ice water for a few minutes before peeling.
