Instructions
- Fill a medium saucepan with about 1 inch of water and bring to a rolling boil.
- Place eggs in a steamer basket and lower it into the saucepan.
- Cover the saucepan, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 13 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and cold water.
- When the eggs are done, remove them from the hot water and submerge them in the ice bath for about 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs or store them in the refrigerator.
