The eggs

  • 4 large eggs

The water

  • 5 cups water

Optional seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil 5 cups of water in a large saucepan and add 4 eggs carefully.
  2. Set a timer for 5 minutes while the eggs boil.
  3. Prepare an ice bath with ice and cold water in a large bowl.
  4. Once the 5 minutes are up, remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place them in the ice bath for another 5 minutes.
  5. Peel the eggs carefully and serve immediately.
