Instructions
- 1. Let the eggs come to room temperature before cooking.

- 3. Heat the pan on high until the water reaches a boil, without using a lid.
- 4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-high and cook the eggs for 4-5 minutes.
- 5. Turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 20 minutes.
- 6. Remove the eggs using a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- 7. Peel the eggs while they are in the water to make peeling easier.
