Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water.
- Add baking soda to the water.
- Poke a small hole in the bottom of each egg.
- Bring the pot to a boil with the eggs inside.
- Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and cover it.
- Let the eggs sit for about 9-12 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
- Prepare an ice bath while the eggs are cooking.
- Transfer the eggs to the ice bath immediately after the time is up.
- Let the eggs cool in the ice bath for at least 5 minutes before peeling.
