Instructions
- Let the steaks sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
- Unwrap the steaks and place them in a shallow dish, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- Coat the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer and set the cooking time to 8 minutes at 400°F.
- Turn the steaks over and adjust the cooking time based on desired doneness: 6 more minutes for medium-rare, 15-18 minutes for medium, and 18-20 minutes for well-done.
- Transfer the hot steaks to serving plates and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
