Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta until al dente, then strain and set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground turkey and spices, and cook until fully cooked.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, turkey, and remaining salad ingredients.
- 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat all ingredients.
- 5. Refrigerate to cool before serving.
- 6. Serve chilled and add optional toppings as desired.
