Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined; set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add ground turkey, seasoning blend, and chopped onion; cook until browned.
- Stir in salsa, green chiles, water, and cilantro; cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir; if there's excess liquid, increase heat to medium and cook until most liquid evaporates.
- Divide salad greens between two bowls, top with turkey mixture and salad toppings, then drizzle with dressing and serve.
