Paleo Taco Salad

The salad

greens of choice (kale, spinach, chard, etc.)

The seasoning and dressing

chili powder

cumin

Instructions
- Dice the onion and heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add oil if needed, then add ground turkey and onion to the skillet.
- Break the turkey into small bits and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- Season the turkey with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the turkey from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, prepare the greens, tomatoes, avocados, olives, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the salad lightly with olive oil.
- Add the taco meat to the salad and squeeze lime juice over everything.
- Toss to mix and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve and enjoy.
