Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine a portion of the cooked sausage, chopped pepperoni, and pizza sauce for each pizzadilla.
- On a flatbread, sprinkle half of the cheese, add the sausage mixture, then top with the remaining cheese and fold the flatbread.
- Mist both sides of the folded pizzadilla with cooking spray and cook on a griddle or skillet over medium heat until golden and cheese is melted.
- Cut each pizzadilla into triangles and serve.
