Ingredients

The filling

  • 12 oz uncooked hot Italian poultry sausage
  • 1 oz sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 4 oz shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese

The base

  • 4 pieces Flatout Light Original Flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, combine a portion of the cooked sausage, chopped pepperoni, and pizza sauce for each pizzadilla.
  3. On a flatbread, sprinkle half of the cheese, add the sausage mixture, then top with the remaining cheese and fold the flatbread.
  4. Mist both sides of the folded pizzadilla with cooking spray and cook on a griddle or skillet over medium heat until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Cut each pizzadilla into triangles and serve.
