Thick & Rich Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by thinly slicing the vegetables and draining the olives and mushrooms.
- For each pizzadilla, measure ⅓ cup of shredded cheese and sprinkle half over one half of the tortilla.
- Add desired toppings and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla over the toppings.
- Place the pizzadilla in a preheated skillet over medium heat and cook until brown and crispy on one side.
- Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook until brown and crispy on the other side.
- Once both sides are crisp and the cheese is melted, slice into thirds and serve with pizza sauce.
