Pizzadillas

Ingredients

  • 6 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • ½ batch Thick & Rich Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by thinly slicing the vegetables and draining the olives and mushrooms.
  2. For each pizzadilla, measure ⅓ cup of shredded cheese and sprinkle half over one half of the tortilla.
  3. Add desired toppings and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the toppings.
  5. Place the pizzadilla in a preheated skillet over medium heat and cook until brown and crispy on one side.
  6. Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook until brown and crispy on the other side.
  7. Once both sides are crisp and the cheese is melted, slice into thirds and serve with pizza sauce.
