Instructions
- Grind 1 cup of buckwheat groats in a blender until finely ground.
- In a medium pot, combine 2 cups of coconut milk and 2 cups of water, and bring to a simmer.
- Whisk in the ground buckwheat and continue whisking until the porridge thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in ¼ tsp sea salt, 12 drops of vanilla liquid stevia, and 2 tbsp of ghee or coconut oil.
