How to Cook Buckwheat

Instructions
- For stovetop, bring water to a boil, add buckwheat and salt, then simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
- For Instant Pot, combine water and buckwheat, cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then allow natural release.
- For slow cooker, combine buckwheat and water, cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
