Instructions
- Rinse and drain the buckwheat groats until the water runs clear and add them to the Instant Pot.
- Add almond milk, banana, and cinnamon to the pot and stir to combine.
- Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- After cooking, allow a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Stir in the maple syrup, serve in bowls, and top with chopped walnuts.
