Instructions
- Soak the raw buckwheat groats in water for at least 1 hour or overnight, then rinse well.
- Blend the soaked buckwheat groats with almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in a reserved cup of groats for texture.
- Add desired toppings and serve immediately cold.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for future breakfasts.
