Instructions
- Soak the buckwheat groats in water overnight or for at least 2 hours, then rinse and drain thoroughly.
- Reserve ¼ cup of the soaked buckwheat groats for added texture later.
- Blend the remaining ingredients for the porridge in a food processor or blender until combined, leaving some texture if desired.
- Adjust the sweetness to taste and stir in the reserved buckwheat groats.
- Chill the porridge for a couple of hours or serve immediately.
- Layer the porridge in a glass or bowl with your desired toppings.
