Instructions
- Prepare the Raspberry Chia Seed Jam by cooking raspberries, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a pot until the raspberries break down, then cool.
- For the Chocolate Overnight Oats, whisk together oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a container, then add almond milk and mix well.
- Let the oats sit briefly, then shake or stir again to prevent clumping, and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Prepare the Coconut Whipped Cream or thaw store-bought coconut whipped cream.
- Once the jam and oats are ready, layer them in jars or bowls with coconut whipped cream and desired toppings.
