Instructions
- Grind oats, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds to a coarse powder using a grinder or food processor.
- In a small pot, combine the ground mixture with chia seeds, spices, maple syrup, and milk, then stir.
- Cover and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve in bowls and top with blueberries, peanut butter, chia seeds, and salt.
