20-Minute Avocado Cilantro Lime Slaw

green cabbage, cored and shredded

avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
Instructions
- If desired, salt the cabbage and let it sit for 1 hour to reduce water content.
- In a blender or jar, combine lime juice, soy sauce, sweetener, oil, ancho chile powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Process or shake well to combine.
- In a large bowl, toss the shredded cabbage, scallions, and cilantro with the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Gently toss in the diced avocado just before serving.
