Cabbage Mango Slaw

The dressing

orange (zest and juice)

Instructions
- Thinly slice or shred the cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
- Peel and slice the mango into thin strips or cubes and add to the bowl.
- Add the onion, cilantro, and jalapeno to the bowl.
- Zest the orange and add the zest to the bowl, then add the juice of half the orange and half the lime.
- Add olive oil and salt, then mix gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust salt, heat, and citrus to your preference.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
