Caribbean Mango Slaw

Instructions
- Wash and grate the red cabbage, then place it in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
- Serve as a side dish, on tacos, or as a quick snack.
