Instructions
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package directions in salted water and drain.
- Lightly grease a 13” x 9” pan and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, add both jars of marinara sauce and heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the drained pasta and vegan meat alternative crumbles to the sauce, stirring to combine.
- Spread half of the pasta and sauce mixture in the greased pan, then spoon half of the ricotta on top.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta.
- Add the remaining pasta mixture, dollop the rest of the ricotta, and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until everything is heated through and the cheese melts.
- Top with basil and serve.
