Ingredients

  • 2-3 very soft Medjool dates
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt
  • ½ cup strong coffee

Instructions

  1. Combine the ice, tahini, dates, vanilla, salt, and coffee in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until smooth.
  3. Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately.
