Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
  • ¼ cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an upright blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds.
  3. Enjoy the tahini shake immediately.
