Ingredients

The shake

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 sliced and frozen ripe bananas
  • ΒΌ cup tahini
  • 4 pieces Medjool dates, pitted and torn
  • 1 drop real vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Optional garnishes

  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the almond milk, frozen bananas, tahini, dates, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavor with more vanilla or cinnamon if desired.
  3. For a lighter texture, blend in some ice.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
