Butternut Squash and Apple Hash with Sausage

kale, chard, or spinach, washed and chopped
Instructions
- Combine ground meat with sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and nutmeg or red pepper flakes in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add onion and butternut squash, sautéing for 7-8 minutes.
- Add diced apple and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Move the vegetable mixture to one side, add remaining oil and turkey mixture, cooking until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Drain excess liquid if needed, then combine vegetables and sausage.
- Place greens on top, cover, and allow to wilt for 1-2 minutes before stirring and serving.
