Ingredients

The chocolate coating

  • 2 cups keto chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate bar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

The filling

  • ¾ cup peanut butter (smooth and drippy)

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-count muffin tin with muffin liners or grease a silicone muffin tin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  3. Spoon the melted chocolate into the muffin liners and spread it around the sides.
  4. Add spoonfuls of peanut butter into the muffin liners and top with the remaining chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate the cups for at least an hour to let the chocolate firm up.
