Instructions
- Line a muffin pan with parchment paper liners.
- Melt half of the chocolate and half of the coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently, then stir in half of the vanilla.
- Fill the bottom of the cups with chocolate and freeze until firm.
- Heat the peanut butter and coconut oil, then mix in the powdered sweetener, peanut flour, and optional ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the cups over the chocolate layer and freeze until firm.
- Melt the remaining chocolate and coconut oil, stir in the remaining vanilla, and pour over the peanut butter layer.
- Freeze until completely firm before serving.
