Protein Peanut Butter Cups

The chocolate layer

The peanut butter filling

protein powder

natural peanut butter

peanut butter powder

almond milk

sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- 1. Set up a double boiler and bring water to a light boil.
- 2. Add chocolate chips to the top bowl and stir until melted.
- 3. Line a muffin tin with liners.
- 4. In a medium bowl, mix protein powder, peanut butter, peanut butter powder, and almond milk until combined.
- 5. Place 1 tsp of melted chocolate in each liner and spread it around.
- 6. Roll 2 tsp of the peanut butter mixture into a flat disk and place it on top of the chocolate.
- 7. Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate until all is used.
- 8. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
- 9. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
