Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

The chocolate layer

Instructions
- Create a double boiler to melt the chocolate by boiling water in a saucepan and placing a bowl with chocolate chips and coconut oil on top.
- Scoop melted chocolate into muffin liners, tilting the pan to coat the sides, and freeze until solid.
- Mix peanut butter and maple syrup until thick, then add to the muffin cups on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover the peanut butter with another layer of melted chocolate and freeze until firm.
