Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Bottom Layer (chocolate)

Top Layer (peanut butter)

all-natural creamy peanut butter

Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners and spray with coconut oil cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients for the bottom layer until smooth.
- In another medium bowl, mix all ingredients for the top layer until smooth.
- Scoop a heaping ½ tablespoon of the chocolate layer into each muffin cup and shake to level.
- Add a heaping ½ tablespoon of the peanut butter layer on top and shake to level.
- Sprinkle each cup with Himalayan sea salt.
- Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
