Ingredients

The chocolate layer

  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons refined coconut oil

The peanut butter layer

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the freezer and line a muffin tin with 6 liners.
  2. In three separate bowls, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil for the first and second layers, and peanut butter in the third bowl.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the first bowl and pour a layer into each muffin cup, then freeze for 5 minutes.
  4. Melt the peanut butter, mix in powdered sugar, and add a layer on top of the hardened chocolate, then freeze for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the second layer of melted chocolate on top and freeze for at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
