Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

The chocolate layer

The peanut butter layer

Instructions
- Prepare the freezer and line a muffin tin with 6 liners.
- In three separate bowls, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil for the first and second layers, and peanut butter in the third bowl.
- Melt the chocolate in the first bowl and pour a layer into each muffin cup, then freeze for 5 minutes.
- Melt the peanut butter, mix in powdered sugar, and add a layer on top of the hardened chocolate, then freeze for another 5 minutes.
- Add the second layer of melted chocolate on top and freeze for at least 10 minutes before enjoying.
