Mini Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and maple syrup in a small bowl until blended.
- Prepare a mini cupcake pan with liners.
- Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
- Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate, add a dollop of peanut butter mixture, then top with another teaspoon of chocolate.
- Freeze for 5 minutes, sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then freeze until firm for about 25 more minutes.
- Store in a container or sealed bag at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
