Ingredients

The chocolate layer

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 ½ tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½-1 tablespoon powdered sweetener (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

The peanut butter layer

  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.
  2. Stir the mixture to ensure the chocolate chips are fully melted.
  3. Add sweetener and salt to taste, adjusting as needed.
  4. Line a mini-muffin tin with two liners for each cup.
  5. Pour ½ tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into each muffin cup and freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Once firm, add 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter to each cup.
  7. Top with another ½ tablespoon of the chocolate mixture.
  8. Freeze for one hour before serving.
