Healthy Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups

The peanut butter layer

natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.
- Stir the mixture to ensure the chocolate chips are fully melted.
- Add sweetener and salt to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Line a mini-muffin tin with two liners for each cup.
- Pour ½ tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into each muffin cup and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Once firm, add 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter to each cup.
- Top with another ½ tablespoon of the chocolate mixture.
- Freeze for one hour before serving.
