Cinnamon Crumble Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bread loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas and eggs, then add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined, being careful not to over mix.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- In the bowl used for the flour, mix the crumble ingredients until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the top of the banana bread batter.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool.
- Once cool, mix the glaze ingredients and pour over the top of the bread.
