Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a bread pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and then mix in the eggs, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, vanilla, melted butter, and almond milk.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and drizzle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top, swirling it in gently.
- Add the remaining batter to the pan and top with the rest of the cinnamon swirl mixture, swirling again.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely on a rack.
