Banana Bread with a Cinnamon Sugar Topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar and vegetable oil until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and milk, starting and ending with the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar topping over it.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool completely or serve warm.
