Instructions
- Heat a fry pan on medium and add cooking spray and butter.
- Cut out the center of the bread slice using a glass or cutter.
- Place the bread slice and the cut-out round in the pan and crack the eggs into the center.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 2 minutes until the eggs start to set.
- Flip the bread and eggs, then add shredded cheese on top.
- Cover again to melt the cheese and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
