Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cream together the butter and sugars, then mix in the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla.

- Fold in the shredded coconut and white chocolate chunks.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
