Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa, then set aside.
- Beat the butter until light and fluffy, then add the sugars and cream well.
- Mix in the vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour mixture in two batches, alternating with the milk, mixing well.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared cookie sheets, flatten slightly, and bake for 13-15 minutes.
