Almond Joy Chocolate Bark

almonds, toasted

unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate over very low heat.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a parchment paper lined 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Scatter the toasted almonds and 3 tablespoons of toasted coconut over the chocolate.
- Using a rubber spatula, spread the mixture evenly to a ½ inch thickness.
- Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of coconut on top.
- Place the bark in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
- Break the bark into square bars and serve.
