Instructions
- If using whole almonds, process them until crumbled and uniform in texture.
- Add the remaining ingredients except for water and process until smooth.
- Add water as necessary to achieve a texture that clumps together but isn't too moist.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture into the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
- Use the parchment paper to lift the mixture out of the pan and slice into bars.
