Baked Lemon Chicken

Instructions
- Brine the chicken breasts in warm salt water for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Mix garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, and thyme in a bowl.
- Pour the butter mixture into a baking dish and coat the chicken breasts with it.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then baste with the butter mixture and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Repeat the basting and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
