Cream Cheese Frosting (Paleo, Vegan)

Instructions
- Soak the cashews in cool water for 2 to 4 hours, or in boiling water for about 20 minutes, then drain.
- Blend the soaked cashews with the other frosting ingredients until very smooth.
- Transfer the frosting to an airtight container and chill in the fridge until stiff, about 3 hours to a day.
- Once chilled, spread the frosting on your favorite desserts.
