  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Use the tamper tool to help blend if necessary, and be patient for a creamy consistency.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
  4. For a firmer texture, you can freeze it briefly.
