Instructions
- 1. Place kale in a large bowl and add warm quinoa on top to wilt the kale slightly.
- 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the quinoa and kale mixture and combine well.
- 4. Add sunflower seeds, almonds, and cranberries, then gently toss.
- 5. Serve and enjoy!
