Quinoa and Kale Salad

avocado, cubed (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Place the chopped kale in a large bowl and pour the dressing on top.
- Massage the dressing into the kale leaves for a couple of minutes until the kale is broken down.
- Add the cooked quinoa, raisins, almonds, bell pepper, and avocado to the kale.
- Toss everything together to combine.
