Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 ½ cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Besti Brown Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Honey Substitute

The filling

  • 1 cup ChocZero Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup ChocZero Sugar-Free Marshmallows (cut in half crosswise)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Besti Brown, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Melt butter and keto honey in a small bowl and stir until smooth.
  4. Mix the melted butter mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Press 2/3 of the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool the crust for 5 minutes, then sprinkle chocolate chips over it.
  7. Arrange halved marshmallows over the chocolate and crumble the remaining dough on top.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until the marshmallows are golden, or broil for 1 minute for extra browning.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
