Instructions
- Make the keto condensed milk and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour and sweetener.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla, then mix into the almond flour mixture until crumbly.
- Press the cookie dough tightly into the lined pan.
- Spread dollops of chocolate hazelnut spread over the crust, then top with chopped pecans, coconut, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
