Instructions
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Pulse 1 cup of hazelnuts in a food processor until fine.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, Besti, and sea salt; pulse to mix.
- Add almond butter and melted cocoa butter; process until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the lined pan and top with chopped hazelnuts and optional chocolate drizzle.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm, then slice into bars.
